Project Description
This was another small project that turned into a major property renovation. When we met the customers they were considering moving home after someone has re-fitted their en-suite, charging £8k, which had leaked from day one. They couldn’t use it and were really stressed out.
We suggested starting again from scratch; luckily the customers agreed and have never looked back. At the time of publishing this project there had been ten years of daily use and not a single problem with the en-suite.
We then carried out the following projects for our customers:
- replacing front, back and patio doors
- re-modelling and renovating kitchen
- re-designing and re-fitting master bathroom
- re-modelling and re-installing cloakroom
- complete ground floor under-floor heating
- all house LED lights installation
- painting and decorating
All projects involved the following specialist and skills: builders, glazing specialists, kitchen and bathroom designer, kitchen fitter, bathroom installer, under-floor heating specialist, carpenter, tiler, plumber, plasterer, electrician, painter and decorator services. All projects were completed in 2014.
