Our 12-Month Warranty
All our work is guaranteed for 12 calendar months from the completion date, which is indicated by the final invoice date. This warranty covers all workmanship performed by our team.
Product Coverage
We do our best to source the best parts for the work, but we have no control over the manufacturing, transportation and storage aspects of those products and cannot be held liable for any faults developed by such products after installation.
Within Warranty Period
If any faulty product is reported within the 12-month warranty period, we will replace it for free and only charge for the cost of the part plus a 10% handling fee.
After Warranty Period
If a product becomes faulty after the 12-month warranty period, we would be happy to help. The customer will be charged for required parts plus a 10% handling fee, plus labour charges at our standard rates.
