At Crownhill Building Services we pride ourselves on providing excellent value. Sometimes our clients will tell us what their budget is, and we’ll offer ideas to match it. To give our clients a rough guide to work with when planning their budget for the work we recommend using an average price per sq m of around £2,000.00 - £2,500.00 + VAT.

Once we know exactly what the work will entail, we are able to provide detailed costings for clients.
