Garage Conversion into Self-Contained Accommodation in MK

After the initial contact we worked closely with Amara regarding the design and the best possible layout. We have had to apply for planning permission and get the structural done first. The sacrifices had to be made in order to fit everything within the limited space.

The completed project exceeded all expectations. The accommodation contains fully featured bathroom with a walking-in shower, combi-boiler, air conditioner/heat pump, kitchen bedroom, office space and even small area for exercising.

A lot can be achieved with careful planning and sophisticated design. The customer was really happy with the final results and left us a nice video feedback that can be viewed below.
